Our Real Estate Skills

What does the term “Realtor®” mean?  It is a registered collective membership mark identifying a member of the National Association of Realtors who subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. This code can be generally defined as:

Loyalty to clients

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients

Cooperation with competitors

Truthfulness in statements and advertising and non-interference with other realtors in their relationships

As members of the National Association of Realtors we are also members of the California Association of Realtors and the Sacramento Association of Realtors.

What separates us from other real estate agents?

We love the residential real estate business and we have a strong understanding of the meaning of “home”, which is a very special place. The concept and process leading to home ownership is exciting and rewarding just as is the process of selling your home in order to enable you to take the next step.

Listening, Learning and Understanding

When working with you to find the home you have in mind, the one that excites you,  we first need to listen, learn and gain understanding of your hopes and dreams as well as your requirements. The process of locating that ideal home can be fun!  As a potential homeowner we will thoroughly educate you about the home buying process. Good communication and sharing of knowledge will eliminate most surprises. Matching you with your “This is it!” home is our goal.

The same skills apply if you have a home to sell. There is no “one-size-fits-all”  plan for marketing a home. Quality communication and information gathering before getting started is a critical factor for success.

It is important for both buyers and sellers to formulate a plan that suits your individual situation. To best establish this plan we must listen first in order to inform.

We understand that we work for you.
